RETURN
- You may return product(s) within 14 calendar days of receiving them from the Levi’s® Singapore Official Online Store (www.levi.com.sg), provided that you comply with the conditions of our return policy, which are outlined below.
- Products for which the return application has not been submitted by the aforementioned deadline are not eligible for returns.
- Underwear, socks, items marked as final clearance and non-returnable, items that have been altered or customised, and limited edition collection items are all prohibited from returns.
- Products that are not eligible for returns that are returned to us will be shipped back to the original shipment address without a refund.
- The product(s) being returned must be undamaged, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all of the price tags and labels still attached.
- The amount reimbursed will be dependent on the net amount that you have paid if the product(s) have been discounted through a promotion or coupon code.
- When returning an item that contributes to your eligibility for a Gift with Purchase (GWP), you must also return the GWP in order for us to complete your return.
- Levi’s® Singapore has the discretion to refuse a return if the product(s) submitted for return does not meet the requirements above.
DELIVERY
Delivery will take about 2 to 3 working days under normal circumstances. Delivery charges are SGD 5 flat rate for orders below SGD 70 and free of charge for orders above and equal to SGD 70. *Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays within Singapore.
