Return and Refund Policy

  • 30-Day Returns: GIVA offers a hassle-free 30-day return policy on unused and unworn items, excluding personalized jewellery, perfumes, candles, coins, utensils, or religious idols. GIVA inspects returned items before processing refunds.
  • Refunds: Once the returned product is received at GIVA’s warehouse, the refund process will begin.
  • Missing Items: GIVA reserves the right to deduct the full MRP of missing products from the refund amount.

Replacement & Exchange You can replace or exchange your order under the same conditions as returns. The new item will be shipped after the original one is returned.

How to Process a Return

  1. Initiate a return request on the GIVA website or app.
  2. GIVA will arrange a reverse pick-up, but ensure you’re available to assist the delivery partner. Unavailability may lead to cancellation.
  3. For areas with limited reverse service, GIVA may request you to return the product via India Post and will reimburse shipping costs up to Rs. 70.
